The institute noted that support from its alumni network remained strong. It added that the cluster-cohort placement model, along with policies such as the “dream offer,” helped ensure a better match between students and recruiters, creating mutually beneficial outcomes.

Ritu Mehta, chairperson of placement activities at IIM Calcutta, said, “The exceptional performance of the 62nd MBA batch has contributed to yet another year of outstanding summer placements. We deeply appreciate the continued confidence recruiters place in our students and academic systems. At the institute, we strive to uphold a seamless and resilient placement process that delivers positive results for both students and hiring organisations.”
